Shopify Stores

The Shopify Stores page allows you to connect and manage multiple Shopify store instances. By integrating your stores, Helpdesk MX can synchronize tickets, customer data, and support activities across all connected stores.

Connected Stores​

This section displays a list of all Shopify stores currently connected to your Helpdesk MX account. For each store, you can see:

  • Store Domain – the unique domain of your Shopify store.
  • Primary – indicates the main store if multiple stores are connected.
  • Status – shows if the store connection is active.
  • Owner – the account owner of the connected Shopify store.

Connect a New Shopify Store​

To add a new Shopify store:

  1. Enter your store domain in the Store Domain field.
  2. Click Connect to authorize Helpdesk MX to access your store data.

Once connected, tickets, customer information, and support interactions from the Shopify store will synchronize automatically with Helpdesk MX, enabling a centralized management system for all your stores.
